  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Page on the website and follow the provided instructions. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. You can exchange your item for the correct size, color, or style based on availability.
  • For size or fit-related exchanges, you can follow the same process as returns and place a new order for the desired size.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund Amount: The full purchase price of the item will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • International Returns: For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that customs duties and taxes are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations
